Presentations

"Know Your Numbers" - presented over Zoom to over 50+ registered participants. Reiterated budget policies and procedures, documented step by step process for viewing balances for different fund types, and the new fringe benefit rates in effect for the new fiscal year.

"Self-supporting Budgets" - presentation open to employees who are involved with managing self-supporting (non-state) funds. I researched the related policies, reviewed the current budget input forms, and put together the presentation using PowerPoint. Due to gathering restrictions, I presented over Zoom to 30+ registered participants.

"Best Practices for Grants Management" - invited presenter at inaugural Sponsored Projects Academy. Documented practices that were currently in place for the department and what worked and what did not. Worked in conjunction with CASAT Senior Manager to deliver presentation to a class of 30 participants. Received positive feedback and established connection with other department managers and grant administrators.
